Hi, I’m Rachel Bloom-Pojar.
I’ve been a consultant with community-engaged programs and collaborator with promotores de salud since 2021. I have over a decade of experience with adult learning and community-engaged research.
I’ve helped teams with a variety of capacity building, community education, and documentation projects to move their work forward. I approach all of my work with a collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach.
I also support community organization projects that have funding through the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin (AHW) Endowment. AHW-funded projects are eligible for up to 20 hours of TAP services each project year at no additional cost to the project budget. If you are interested in working together, reach out or email your project’s grant management contact.
Let’s chat about how I can help your team today.
Testimonials
“We had a great experience working with Rachel. She was hired to document the history of our organization. In a compassionate and dedicated way, she collected a lot of meaningful information that was beautifully compiled into our history document. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we had all the important voices at the table. She was respectful and professional. Her abilities of speaking Spanish and being a good listener were crucial for the completion of the project since the majority of the interviewed stakeholders would not be able to express themselves fully if the interview were not conducted in Spanish.”
Ana Paula Soares, Clinical Director, Escucha tus Emociones
“Rachel was so wonderful to work with and took such great care to help us meet our mission and vision.”
Krystal McCain, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Donor Engagement and Events Manager
